Andre is the President of Harvest Hands Philly, a non-profit organization, committed to seeing a better Philadelphia. Andre has had an established career in the banking industry as both a Vice President and in Small Business Strategy and Development.  Using his ten plus years of banking experience, Andre and his team at HHP, look to understand the uniqueness and needs of the city of Philadelphia in the areas of community and economic development and education. 

 

Prior to his banking career, Andre was the executive director of a New York City based non-profit program designed to engage and meet the needs of youth throughout the city of New York. As a result, he led his staff of 20 individuals to successfully create several sustaining programs that engaged at risk youth.  Andre is certified in Lean Six Sigma and has a B.S in Business Management.
